My passion for fitness didn’t start in a boardroom — it started long before that, in the weight room and in the classroom. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition, and then put that knowledge to work as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager, helping real people build real strength.
But life took an interesting turn. For the past 20 years, I’ve built a career in business banking and insurance industries that demand discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to make complex information approachable. What I didn’t expect was how perfectly those skills would translate back to fitness.
